1. Return Policy

  • Time Frame: You have 3 calendar days to notify us of a return from the date you received the item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, and all tags (Zoyara branding, price tags) must be intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep the invoice or proof of purchase ready to present to our team.

2. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

  • Approval: If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent by our mistake. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Zoyarafashionbrand@gmail.com or call us at 415-999-9999.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item sent), Zoyara will cover the shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as those bought during a “Clearance Sale” or “Flash Sale,” may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
